PRIVACY POLICY

  • The Controller for the Users’ personal data collected in connection with the use of the Service by a User is the company Fabryka Kart Trefl-Kraków Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Podłęże, Podłęże 650, 32-003 Podłęże, KRS: 0000071800, being the owner of the brand name FABRYKA KART, hereinafter referred to as the Controller.
  • The personal data of the Users are processed by the Controller with a view to performing services provided via the Service, in order for the Controller to seek its rights and also, upon prior consent, for the purpose of transmitting commercial information to the Users.
  • The personal data of the Users shall be [processed] for a period necessary to perform the services rendered by the Controller via the Service and also for the period of the subsequent full five [years] following the year in which the services were provided, decisions as to the personal data of a User shall not be made by automated means,
  • The personal data of the Users of the Service are or may be transferred to other persons with whom the Controller provides the services available via the Service, such as an IT company, web-hosting company, software-servicing company, accounting company, courier/shipping company, postal operator, marketing companies and others.
  • A User has the right of access to the personal data processed by means of the Service, the right to have such data rectified, the right to restriction of the personal data processing, the right to transfer of such data, and, in justified cases, the right to object to the processing. In case the processing of the personal data of a User is performed by his/her consent, the User may withdraw such consent for the processing and may object to the processing of his personal data.
  • In justified cases, a User may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority with regard to irregularities in the processing of his/her personal data, i.e. with the Personal Data Protection Office.

 

COOKIES POLICY

  1. The Service does collect any information in an automatic manner, except the information included in cookies.
  2. The cookies are computer data, in particular text files, which are stored on a terminal of a Service User and are intended for using the web pages of the Service. The cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they come, duration of them being stored on a terminal and unique number.
  3. It is the Service provider who places the cookies on the terminal of a User and gains access to them.

In particular, the settings can be changed in such a manner so as to block the automatic handling of the cookies in the web browser settings or inform about them being placed on the device of a Service User.   8. The Service provider informs you that restrictions on the application of the cookies may affect some functionalities available on the web pages of the Service.
  9. The cookies may also be placed on the terminal of a Service User and used by advertisers and partners cooperating with the Service provider.

We kindly inform you that the controller of personal data contained in any subscription form for the FABRYKA KART newsletter and the “Materials to download” section is the company Fabryka Kart Trefl-Kraków Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Podłęże, Podłęże 650, 32-003 Podłęże, KRS: 0000071800, hereinafter referred to as the „FABRYKA KART”. We also inform you that:

  1. at the FABRYKA KART, the Data Protection Officer (DPO) has been appointed whom you can contact by phone on the number: (+48) 539 944 608, from Monday to Friday, from 7 am to 3 pm, and also by email at the address: iod@trefl.krakow.pl, or by mail at the address of the registered office of the company FABRYKA KART TREFL- KRAKÓW SP. Z O.O.,
  2. Your personal data shall be processed by FABRYKA KART for the purpose of sending you the FABRYKA KART newsletter and granting you access to the “Materials to download” section; furthermore they may be processed in order for FABRYKA KART to fulfil duties arising out of the provisions of law and protect the rights of the company,
  3. FABRYKA KART shall process your personal data for a period not longer than that necessary to achieve the purposes as indicated above,
  4. Your personal data may be transferred for processing to other entities with the help of whom FABRYKA KART conducts its activity, such as an IT company, web-hosting company, courier or shipping company, postal operator, law firm,
  5. In relation to your personal data, decisions shall not be made by automated means, i.e. you shall not be subject to profiling,

You have the right of access to the content of your data, to rectification of the data, to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent for the processing of your personal data for the purpose of subscription to the FABRYKA KART newsletter, and to object to the personal data processing performed by FABRYKA KART for this purpose, which rights can be exercised through sending an email message to the address: iod@trefl.krakow.pl
  7. You may lodge a complaint with President of the Personal Data Protection Office, in case your rights concerning the personal data processing have been breached.
  8. Giving your personal data is obligatory – failure to do so shall result in impossibility of subscribing to the FABRYKA KART newsletter and of obtaining a password to access the closed section “Materials to download”.
