Technological capabilities
We want our products to be characterised by high quality and durability, which is why we continue to expand and improve our machines. This allows us to offer printing services in five colours and protecting the printed surfaces with various types of varnish. Depending on your needs, you may choose:
- dispersion varnish – standard solution
- LED-UV varnish – high gloss, wear-resistant, high quality
- Professional card varnish based on more than 75 years of experience of bridge and poker card manufacturing
As of now, our machines include:
- a modern CTP line based on a high capacity exposing machine, equipped with a 300 plate capacity feeder with continuous operation mode. A device for reducing the amount of developing fluid used in the process and turning it into water that can be used for rinsing the plates. This reduces the amount of waste produced and cuts down on water consumption
- modern printing machines ensuring maximum efficiency and the highest quality of print, one of them features UV mode
- a die-cutting machine for cutting game boards and templates on veneered cardboard with the thickness of up to 3.5 mm
- three modern lines for the production of hardcover boxes
- rotary machines for producing and cutting out playing cards, ensuring the highest precision
- an innovative die-cutting machine for cutting out decks in a wide range of formats
- a machine for making magnetically resealable boxes
- an integrated line for simultaneous production of boxes, picking and packing playing cards, which enables cutting, die-cutting and packing cards, which means shorter production time and better prices
In case of smaller print runs and non-standard card formats, we offer handmade production as well.
