When we start working with a customer, they get their own Account Manager, who is responsible for their order and advises them at every stage. These managers are experienced specialists, who have been working for us for a long time and have been in touch with some of our customers for years.
We’ll collect the basic information
At the request for quote stage, you often find that you don't quite know what you should be asking and what you need. Rest assured! We’ll work together to determine which elements are necessary and which are optional. We will list the components that are necessary for the game to function, along with their quantities, formats and material. We will also determine the number of copies – it matters whether you want to make 1,000 or 100,000 games. At this stage, the technological aspects of the game are more important than its mechanics. In many cases, the final price of games is affected by the human factor, so we will advise you on what to do to automate production. Thanks to finding out your expectations we will be able to lower the production costs of your game.
We’ll choose raw materials together
Together we will select and match raw materials based on our template, which will make it easier for you to make the final decision. If you do not have it yet, please let us know, we will be happy to send it to you.

If possible, we will optimise the number of cards and their formats
We will optimise the number of cards and their formats to make full use of the printing sheet, thus keeping the production cost lower. In the table below we present card formats and their maximum number on a printing sheet.
* L - maximum number of strips on a printing sheet
** Number in column L must be divisible by 2 to cut two decks or by 3 to cut three decks
*** All decks from one printing sheet must have equal number of cards
For technological reasons, no-bleed cards
with a single-colour border are much cheaper to make – however, we have some ways that allow us to bypass this limitation. If you want to make production cheaper, ask us about a full-sheet grid so you can prepare your graphic materials in a way that ensures full space utilization.
We will make your game in many languages, so that the price is as low as possible
Together, we will analyse and choose the elements that can be printed as language-independent, such as card backs, boards and templates. You should think about it at the stage of preparing game mechanics. Avoid text if possible, and try to replace it with symbols. This will be helpful if your game becomes successful and is released in other countries. We will also adjust the optimal number of copies for a given country, so that language-dependent languages can be printed together. The above optimisation can also be used for different games in the same language.
We suggest making games with similar formats
Think about box and board formats, as well as the number of cards at the very beginning of game development. Try to keep your product range consistent. If you ask us to make a number of games characterised by similar technological characteristics at the same time, the total will be much lower.
We will share our advice concerning proper graphic design
As you develop your game you can send us your files — we will check it and let you know if the graphics are prepared correctly.
We advise on templates, inserts and boxes
We'll help you choose the right solutions so that your customers are happy with the layout and appearance of the components when they unpack the game, as well as when they continue to have fun with it. We have lots of pre-made box and insert templates for you to use.
We will advise you how to take care of the planet
In order to protect our planet, we will help you find alternatives and cheaper solutions to replace plastic items with wooden or cardboard ones. Remember - a cardboard token is still a token!
